This policy outlines how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and the actions we take to address such claims.

Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that content posted on Furry Insider infringes your copyright or the copyright of someone you represent, please send a written DMCA notice to us via email at [your DMCA email address], containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on Furry Insider.
  4. Contact information of the copyright owner or the authorized agent, including name, email address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed from Furry Insider following a DMCA notice was posted without authorization or that you have the necessary rights to post it, you may submit a counter-notification directly to us via email at [your DMCA email address]. Your counter-notification must contain the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before its removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, email address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within the jurisdiction of [Your Jurisdiction] and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Actions Taken

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and will notify the alleged infringer of the action taken. We may also terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
